Q. How many people can fit on each boat? 

Iluka caters for up to 12 passenger with a minimum of 8 people. 

 

Q. For Private Charters is there a minimum booking time?

A. minimum is 2 hours.

 

Q. Can you charter to sleep overnight?

A. Unfortunatley, we currently do not offer overnight stays

 

Q. Can I BYO my own food and drink for a Private Charter?

A. Yes we do allow BYO but there is an additional charge per person. We offer catering and beverage packages should you want catering and drinks.

 

Q. Do you supply crockery, cutlery and glasses?

A. Yes we do, this is included in the BYO charge. We also supply ice, assistance with food preparation and rubbish removal.

 

Q. Does Iluka have a skipper and crew?

A. Yes we do. we provide a professional skipper and crew. Should you require more staff than a crew there is an additional charge.

 

Q. Are there any other costs?

A. Yes, there are wharf fee’s. We need to pay to go into a public wharf. The cost depends on the size of the boat. Iluka is $50 per wharf.

 

Q. Do you sell alcohol on board?

A. Iluka is licensed. We offer drinks passenger per person per hour or on consumption.

 

Q. Where can we board each boat?

A. Most wharves in Sydney Harbour. Some wharves are too rough or dangerous and we cannot safely embark and disembark passengers but we do pick up from most wharves.

 

Q. For the daily tours on Sydney Harbour are they at fixed times?

A. Yes, We offer a 2 hour daily cruise that starts a 8.30am and finishes at 10.30am and another cruise that is 4 hours in duration and starts at 11.00am and finishes 3.00pm.

 

Q. Where can I meet the boat for the cruises?

A. From Campbells Cove Wharf. This is walking distance from Circular Quay. You walk north past the Overseas Ship Terminal in The Rocks and the wharf is a floating pontoon adjacent to the Park Hyatt Hotel and very close to The Squires Landing. This is the northern end of the Passenger Terminal.

 

Q. Do I get any food or drink on your daily cruises?

A. Yes you do. For the 2 hour cruise you get a wonderful Continental Breakfast. This includes, fruits, juices, pastries, yogurt, tea and coffee. For our 4 hour cruise you get an amazing buffet lunch. It includes fresh local prawns, oysters, Morton Bay Bugs (like lobster), sushi, lamb, chicken, various salads and an array of deserts. Everythingis prepared by our on-board chef and of the highest quality.

 

Q. Are drinks included in the ticketed price?

A. Yes for the 4 hour cruise we serve beer, quality Australian wine and soft drinks.
